• A well-paid job for people with qualifications and experience in the meat industry.
• We are also happy to hire employees without qualifications or experience in our industry, we offer training and apprenticeship through in-house training.
• Stable employment in a German company on the basis of an employment contract and a German social package (insurance in the German health insurance fund, high-level medical care and Kindergeld).
• The first employment contract is for one year with the possibility of extension for an indefinite period. The contract includes a 6-month trial period.
• We guarantee vacation leave (24 days per year of the contract duration) and a minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
• The hourly rate for Packaging is 12.20 € , plus job bonuses and night allowances. The hourly rate for the Cutting is: for people with experience 15.00 € , for people with no experience 13.00 € .
• Work in a one or two-shift system, 7-9 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.
• The employer offers accommodation very close to the workplace (from 3,5 km). Total cost of accommodation € 254 per month per person.
• For married couples and couples, we offer joint accommodation and the possibility of working in one department.
• Also, employment for pupils and students during summer holidays and school breaks.
• Subsidized canteen in the workplace, cost of a wholesome meal from 2.50 € to 3.50 €.
